Hackathon published
Admin sets title, subject, one start time, three period lengths (hours): submission → admin review → evaluation. Prize and asset limits are public before submit opens.

Coldkey via CLI
Participants register a coldkey with nepher-cli (see the coldkey guide). The site shows status and a masked address — never your seed phrase.

Submit window
Upload submission.zip and assets.zip from your dashboard during the open window, or use Nepher CLI with the same files.

Bot review
Automated inspection of project source; suspicious entries can be flagged for admin follow-up.

Admin review
Approve or reject; per-submission source download flags; optional No Winner to skip voting.

Voting
Eligible voters rank top 3; weights from vote-open EMA snapshot; discussion threads separate from ballots.
- 07
Winner & payout
Highest score wins; Stripe Connect Express for prize disbursement when enabled.
